The initial phases are accomplished according to a rigorous 5-step implementation process. Upon completion of the User Acceptance Test, our client is then supported via a multi-tiered support structure.

Project Management We recognize that a smooth implementation of a new system which minimizes the impact on existing processes or workloads is important. In this regard, we pride ourselves on the quality of our project managers and the implementation process itself. A short and effective installation cycle that integrates the risk management system with existing compliance processes and the XM3 system into your routine IT operations is a hallmark of our success.
Banking Experience Our banking experts have demonstrated knowledge of banking operations and risk management in particular. Our understanding of banking products, market segments and the associated risks contributes to the effectiveness of our solution as implemented. Using advanced analysis tools together with an understanding of each financial institution’s services, customers and processing systems to implement the risk management matrix defined by the financial institution is a unique skill of these staff members. These advanced tools are specifically designed for our experienced staff so that they can save time and increase accuracy during the implementation process.
IT Expertise Our IT expertise is the foundation of our solution. The XM3 is, after all, a technology solution to risk management. The absolute, routine reliability of the system is paramount. For this reason, much of the project effort is invested in implementing a reliably integrated data center. The system includes redundant servers each of which have their own redundant components for reliability. This system is integrated into the data centers own network, operations and backup systems.
The systems integration staff members are developers in their own right. Any custom features, forms or operations can be developed to satisfy defined requirements.
Support Support of either a technical or operational nature is offered at several levels: training of the IT staff, local support, remote support via phone or internet and on-site experts brought in to address any issue that may arise.
