Mr. Keehn is Haydrian Corporation's CEO, leading the company's daily management and strategic operations. Formerly Mr. Keehn was president and financial principal with Weatherly, a Seattle-based investment bank, providing growth equity and mezzanine capital to public and private companies. Weatherly owns the only Tier IV data center in Pakistan. He was also president of Seattle-based Master Meter Integrated Technologies and principal of Gateway Pacific, an investment bank.

Mr. Keehn is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and currently sits on the board there, he is also a member of the Larchmont Corporation and is the Trustee of WCC Equity Holders Distribution Trust. Mr. Keehn holds a master's degree in public administration from the University of Washington.
