We are a small, international Professional Services team, working together to support an enterprise level platform for detecting several important classes of financial crime, including terrorist financing and money laundering, fraud, graft and bribery. Many of these problems are challenging to solve and require a dedication to an in-depth understanding of the issues and significant creativity and sometimes non-traditional approaches. Our core development team is working smart, prioritizing up front design, to build products which are best in class and which will benefit many of the would be victims of such financial crimes. Our management team works hard to promote these solutions around the world and is in constant dialog with us as we strive to improve our designs and anticipate trends. Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with financial transaction data to tune and profile analytic models
• Convert customer data coming in a wide variety of formats, to our schema using Data Integrator
• Load data into our XM3 product and test for 100% functionality, prior to deployment at customer site
• Perform modeling research and data analysis for improved functionality
• Develop tools for data manipulation and configuration
• Interface with core development team members, field support, customers and management
• Travel 10-25%
