Experience:

• You must have experience in banking and understand banking systems including:
  • Compliance, Risk Management, and IT Systems (with the emphasis on process engineering within the bank to manage risk and meet compliance requirements)
  • Some development skills, including ability to write SQL queries
  • Knowledge of Credit Card Systems, Fraud and Wire Transfers is a plus
  • Solid Project Management skills and experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Verbally succinct, able to address both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work within demanding project timelines
