May 13th Heru Sasono, Senior Business Developer for Haydrian Indonesia, attended the Fourth Anniversary of Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre on May 29th, in Jakarta, Indonesia. The event highlight clearly was the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Indonesia’s Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) (INTRAC/PPATK) and China’s FIU (CAMLMAC). This event was also attended by: Widodo A.S., the Coordination Minister of Politics, Law and Security and the head of the National Committee in Prohibiting and Fighting against Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Crimes, as well as the head of the Indonesian Police, General Police Sutanto and Mr. Ouyang Weimin, the Head of China’s CAMLMAC. Officials from the Bank Indonesia, members of the Parliament of the Republic Indonesia and other government officials were also in attendance. The Fourth Anniversary celebration is significant for both Indonesia and China, due to the signing of the MOU agreement during the event. The agreement addressed the issue of AML and set up parameters and guidelines as to the process of exchanging information in regards to financial crime and other AML information. China and Indonesia anticipate this agreement will strengthen their international relationship and aid in fighting international financial crime. The anniversary celebration also proved to be an important step for Haydrian in regards to networking and the promotion of Haydrian’s Risk Management Platform XM3, as Mr. Sasono was able to introduce many attendees to the product. Heru Sasono drew on his experience from more than 15 years of experience in the software development, system integration, system design and project management fields. Prior to joining Haydrian Indonesia, Mr. Sasono was the Acting IT Director of PPATK (Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre) who was responsible on the IT Blue Print to develop IT infrastructure and On-Line Report Collection System. His experience in this role has lead to many enhancements of the Haydrian system. |
